基石生物致力於在生產流程中積極採用回收材料，以實現企業的ESG目標並推動可持續發展。我們在產品包裝及生產輔助材料的製造過程中，優先選用回收聚丙烯（Recycled Polypropylene，rPP）及回收聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯（Recycled PET，rPET）等環保塑料，取代傳統的原生塑料原料。研究顯示，使用回收塑料相較原生生產，可減少溫室氣體排放高達30至80%，大幅降低我們的碳足跡，並有效減少塑料廢棄物流入堆填區及自然環境。
我們深明生物科技及醫療產品生產對品質標準的嚴格要求，因此在選用回收材料時，嚴格確保所有物料符合相關的品質規範及安全標準，在推動環保承諾的同時，絕不犧牲產品的安全性及可靠性。 通過建立可追溯的物料來源管理系統，我們能夠確保每一批回收材料的品質合規，並為監管機構提供透明的供應鏈記錄。
